[Haruka doesn't go to the execution - partly because he really doesn't feel equipped to watch a man die, and the trial was spectacle enough, but also because he wakes up feeling like absolute trash. Hangovers are a good excuse to skip the execution, probably.
He doesn't venture out of the cabana much, either, though he does at least leave and return the orange Haro he had gotten. He looks slightly more alive when he returns, and he nods at Magolor because I'm just saying this is in the Cabana now.
[ sure, magolor is there in the cabana when he gets back, looking somewhat distracted or lost in thought before haruka comes back in and has him cocking his head a little in acknowledgment. ]
Yeah. Didn't have to, but I wanted to see what they meant to do in terms of execution. But I mean, it went about the way you'd expect?
[ lazily he flops backwards onto the bed, raising a hand and waving it in aimless circles. one, two, then three orbs of dark violet energy, marked with a star at their center, appear from nowhere and start trailing behind the path his finger traces, but other than that they don't really do anything.
it is probably the first time he's casually shown off his magic in the cabana, not counting trolling vergilius by being the impossible to throw out stray cat. eventually he just raises his hand to 'catch' them again and lets the energy dissipate. ]
Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what I expected, haha!
